MCI Group Singapore is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team. You will work closely with Account Managers to bring exciting brand experiences, events, and marketing campaigns to life, supporting pitches and new business development.

From researching venues and suppliers to preparing cost estimates and client updates, you will be involved from day one, learning, contributing, and growing within a global agency network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in business, hospitality, or marketing.
• 1–3 years in meetings/events or hotel/hospitality preferred.
• 1–3 years in account management or servicing role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; MS Office and presentation skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop pitch proposals and presentations with the team.
• Research venues, suppliers and cost estimates to support creative concepts.
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals and supporting materials.
• Assist in servicing client accounts and coordinating internal teams.
• Prepare meeting materials, project updates, and timelines.
