Join a dynamic team, nurture relationships with Office Managers, Procurement Teams and Business Owners, and collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and target achievement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success in account management or solution selling.
• Experience in industries such as Office Equipment, Office Supplies & Stationery, Managed Print Services, Telecommunications, IT Hardware, Business Services, or Office Furniture & Facilities Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of new business accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and replacement cycles to meet customer needs.
• Develop new business opportunities through client referrals and professional networking.
• Conduct detailed customer needs analysis to recommend tailored document and print management solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close commercial agreements effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Office Managers, Administrative Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with service and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and seamless solution delivery.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic account management and solution selling.
