Job summary

Mclink Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Document Solutions Consultant in Singapore to manage and expand a portfolio of business accounts. You will drive revenue through document and print management solutions and build long-term customer relationships.

You will engage decision-makers, present proposals, and collaborate with service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in account management or solution selling.
• Experience across Office Equipment, Office Supplies, MPS, IT hardware or related services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of new business accounts.
• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and replacement cycles.
• Develop new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend suitable document solutions.
• Present proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Build strong relationships with Office Managers, Administrative Managers, Procurement Teams and Business Owners.
• Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
