Job summary

The Talent People is seeking a Solution Consultant in Singapore to analyse clients' business processes, translate challenges into practical solutions, and support implementation from requirements gathering through to user training and go-live.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver operational improvements, prepare user guides, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget, while maintaining clear documentation and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business analytics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clients' business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather, analyse, and document business challenges, pain points, and requirements in detail
• Develop and recommend operational improvements and process optimisation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agreed changes
• Prepare user guides, conduct training, and support testing activities
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
• Maintain clear, organised project documentation
