Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, planning and/or digital transformation, ideally with public-sector exposure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Architect & Change Catalyst: translate executive visions into actionable roadmaps for nationwide transformation.
• Programme Orchestrator for Nation-Scale Initiatives: lead strategic execution of CIO Teams of the Future and Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan.
• Cross-Government Collaboration Architect: design frameworks to unite agencies in the digital journey.
• Digital Transformation Strategist & Advisor: define success metrics and workforce transformation strategies.
• Leadership Development Champion: mentor Managers and Senior Managers and build capability pipelines.
• Senior Stakeholder Influencer & Alliance Builder: engage with senior digital leaders to secure buy-in across government.
