Qualifications

• At least 4 years in strategy, planning, and/or digital transformation.
• Exposure to public-sector transformation or enterprise change is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Transform ambiguous executive visions into strategies.
• Lead orchestration of key digital transformation programmes.
• Design frameworks uniting government agencies.
• Define success metrics through OKRs.
• Mentor high-potential Managers and Senior Managers.
• Engage with senior digital leaders to co-create strategies.
