Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operation Coordinator to lead and optimize sales support activities. You will manage the end-to-end order flow, maintain data integrity in CRM systems, and provide strategic operational support for building automation projects.

You will report to the Senior Sales Manager, work from Singapore on a hybrid model, and contribute to improving efficiency and profitability across sales, logistics, finance, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of technical concepts and product knowledge.
• Experience in customer-facing roles in technical environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Sales processing from quotations to invoicing.
• Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle/SAP).
• Create reports, presentations and monitor KPIs for field projects.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and order updates.
