Job summary

Focal Search Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support day-to-day order processing and customer communications. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and invoices, and coordinate with warehouse and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• GCE O level or Nitec required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouse, and procurement teams for delivery schedules.
• Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
• Track order status and inform customers of delivery updates or delays.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms in all documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and close sales in coordination with Sales team
• Handle customer feedback, returns, or complaints and escalates when necessary.
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for internal review.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs.
• Any other ad hoc duties
