Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead procurement within Honeywell Building Solutions. You will partner with RSML, district leaders and COE to drive savings, manage supplier performance, and implement global supply chain policies.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in construction or facilities procurement, experience with SAP/Oracle, strong communication skills, and a capability to work across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Relevant Supply Chain qualifications (eg. MCIOB).
Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Materials Management environment.
Experience in Facilities Management/construction industry.
Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar procurement systems preferred.
At least 5-7 years experience in the Main-Con or GC ecosystem in Singapore.
Strong communication skills; local language capability (Chinese) an advantage.
Microsoft Office – Access, Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Support development of cost estimates during proposal phase.
Identify suppliers/subcontractors to meet business requirements and qualify them.
Drive use of preferred suppliers and negotiated catalogues by operations estimating team.
Create RFQs to gather bids from multiple suppliers.
Review bids for compliance with Honeywell requirements.
Enter into negotiations on terms when necessary.
Negotiate price and other terms in post-booking procurement planning.
Monitor supplier performance and renewals; communicate with Operations.
