Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a proactive customer-focused professional in Singapore. You will act as the main operational contact for key customers, build trust-based relationships, and tailor support by understanding customer applications and buying behavior.

You will manage quotations, orders, changes, and ensure accurate, timely transactions while owning the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles with key account management experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned key/strategic customers.
• Build trust-based relationships through proactive engagement and deep understanding of customer needs.
• Manage quotations, sales orders, changes, and ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Own full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams; escalate as needed.
• Analyse data to generate insights and drive improvements in processes and customer experience.
