STMicroelectronics in Singapore seeks an experienced fulfillment professional to serve as the primary interface between customers and ST for operational communications, demand fulfillment, and service performance.

You will pro-actively act as the official information source for customer demand and execution constraints, coordinating with sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and billing.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years experience in fulfillment and related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, demand and supply management, and customer service.
• Collaborative partner with business operations, sales, finance, divisions, and supply chain teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage order lifecycle (firm orders, NRE POs, samples), including contract and pricing setup.
• Maintain and optimize backlog; monitor confirmations and deliveries; capture customer signals to improve forecast accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to terms (RD changes, inventory control) and drive issue resolution with divisions and supply chain teams.
• Provide short-term manufacturing requests through customer delivery forecasts and demand management.
• Achieve revenue plans by optimizing backlog coverage in coordination with sales and customers.
• Support billing and shipping requirements with Finance, Logistics, and Trade Compliance.
• Execute disciplined last-mile activities to achieve quarterly billing targets (e.g., JIT, DSI).
• Translate supply drivers into reliable supply commitments with capacity visibility and quality service setups.
• Manage consignment and buffer stock agreements (VMI, LTI).
• Proactively manage shipment risks: delays, urgent shipments, customs issues, and trade compliance.
