Job summary

Vertical Institute is Singapore's AI and technology training provider, seeking a Corporate Solutions Consultant to operate at the intersection of strategy and partnerships. This full-time, onsite role in Singapore focuses on advisory services, workforce transformation, and shaping learning solutions for enterprise clients.

You'll engage senior stakeholders, design tailored proposals, own a portfolio from outreach to contract, and drive revenue with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B solution selling and consultative sales.
• Background in technology, education, HR, professional services, SaaS or related industries is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including C-suite, HR leaders and department heads.
• Strong consultative selling skills to uncover business needs and propose value-driven solutions.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Commercially driven with strong business acumen and growth mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while owning sales performance.
• Experience building long-term client relationships and expanding accounts through partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sales pipeline.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite executives and senior leaders to understand workforce capability needs and propose learning solutions.
• Conduct structured training needs analyses and translate business challenges into learning objectives.
• Design and present tailored learning proposals aligned with client goals and development priorities.
• Advise on upskilling strategies, AI transformation initiatives, and government-supported training opportunities.
