• Experience engaging HR, L&D, business leaders or corporate decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling and needs-analysis skills.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Engage corporate clients and stakeholders to understand workforce development needs.
• Conduct needs analysis and discuss learning requirements and business priorities.
• Recommend and present suitable courses and learning solutions.
• Advise on training programmes, content and development pathways.
• Develop tailored learning proposals and presentations for clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, outreach and referrals.
• Manage accounts from discovery to enrolment and ongoing relations.
• Handle client enquiries and objections with effective solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities.
• Record interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Vertical Institute's offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
