Job summary

OCBC's Corporate Banking team in Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of large corporate clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.

You will partner with product specialists to understand client goals, identify opportunities, and drive strategies across cash management, trade finance, and lending. Chinese-language communication is a key capability for engaging with Chinese corporates.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and lending.
• Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and read in Chinese including Chinese annual reports, financial reports and etc and understanding of Chinese culture.

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business goals and challenges
