Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong abilities in financial analysis, credit assessment, and understanding of banking products and services.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact confidently with diverse clients.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks concurrently.
• Knowledge of Singapore banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager or in corporate/retail banking, preferably within an international bank.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills, such as Mandarin, are beneficial for serving a wider client base.
• Comfort with banking systems, CRM tools, and basic office software to manage client data and reporting.
