Empower Partners Singapore is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Banking to manage a portfolio of large corporate clients and deliver a broad range of banking solutions.

In this generalist role, you will lead credit origination, assessment and relationship management, while coordinating with product teams across Transaction Banking, Trade Finance and Treasury. The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate banking experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7–15 years of relevant corporate banking experience, preferably covering large local or multinational corporates.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products, credit analysis and financial statements.
• Experience in relationship management, credit origination and/or corporate lending.
• Strong commercial and client management skills.
• Good communication, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of large corporate clients.
• Act as a trusted banking partner, understanding clients' business, financial and strategic requirements.
• Identify opportunities for new business, cross-selling and wallet expansion across corporate banking products.
• Drive loan origination, structuring and execution of bilateral and syndicated facilities.
• Partner with product specialists across Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury and other relevant businesses.
• Prepare and present credit proposals, annual reviews and client account plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality and utilisation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure effective execution.
