Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of Investment Banking (Markets) or Finance experience.
• Strong understanding of markets and trading products.
• Attention to detail and investigative mindset.
• Strong understanding of controls and their application to different processes and businesses. Experience with control design and evaluation.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and process re-engineering skills.
• Excellent communication, partnering, and influencing skills.
• Ability to independently lead initiatives with exposure to senior Business stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Highly motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted control advisor to the Front Office within the controls space.
• Represent Front Office interests in control and regulatory initiatives.
• Execute and implement business controls priorities and strategy.
• Drive control agenda at functional level across critical business unit risks.
• Oversee front office supervisory management and execution.
• Prepare the business for controls audits and regulatory exams.
• Review incidents with stakeholders to identify root causes and remedial actions.
