The role requires 5+ years in financial services with operations/controls background, strong communication, and a track record of driving process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services with operations, controls, audit, QA, operational risk, or compliance.
• Ability to analyze end‑to‑end processes and implement enhanced control methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive risk and control reviews to identify weaknesses and determine root causes.
• Design, enhance, and validate controls to ensure robustness and proper documentation.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end operating environment reviews, including metrics and roles/responsibilities.
• Provide independent challenge and communicate risk, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Facilitate process improvements, automation, and strategic initiatives to enhance control effectiveness.
