Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics required.
• Quantitative aptitude and interest in financial markets and products.
• Experience with derivatives pricing or related financial products.
• Experience engaging with regulators and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation control framework for the CEM Asia desk, including independent price verification and valuation adjustments.
• Identify emerging valuation risks and enhance methodologies to capture market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Quant Research and Model Review Groups to assess model limitations and controls.
• Maintain relationships with Front Office and key partners; analyze month-end results and complex transactions.
• Participate in projects within the group and the wider Finance organization.
• Engage in regulatory exams and inquiries.
• Provide insights using multiple market data sources via analytics platforms.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the team.
• Ensure compliance with firmwide valuation policies.
• Contribute to development and improvement of valuation processes.
• Communicate findings to senior management and business heads.
