Job summary

BES (SG) TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive with a solid foundation in Quantity Surveying or Cost Estimation.

You will bridge technical project measurement with commercial sales delivery, building trust with clients and accurately scoping opportunities to drive revenue. In this role you will lead tender and bid management, develop cost estimates, present value-driven proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, QS, construction management or related field.
• 2–4 years as QS/Estimator/Technical Sales in Singapore construction.
• Understanding of construction lifecycle and contractor workflows.
• Familiarity with local contract frameworks (SIA/PSSCOC) and variation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and client advisory in Singapore's construction sector.
• Lead tender, cost estimation, and quotation preparation with profitability.
• Propose cost-saving value engineering while maintaining margins.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, VO, and contract terms.
• Deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals to project teams.
• Drive revenue by pursuing and closing new opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
