Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Good knowledge of computer software like Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-driven, independent, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and technical documents for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Communicate and coordinate between departments and vendors for tender clarifications.
• Check and review quotations and illustrations before submission.
• Maintain and update components price and catalogues.
• Meet clients for tender clarifications if required.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
• Make recommendations and report on non-conformance of work policy.
• Avoid and report undesirable deals and transactions regarding quotations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
