Job summary

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing, robust commercial controls, and timely progress claims. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and QS software, and fluency in English (Chinese

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, tendering and quantity measurement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate pricing.
• Manage contracts, quotations, and commercial terms with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare progress claims, verify works, and value completed tasks.
• Evaluate variation orders and monitor project costs against budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate prices.
• Prepare final accounts and maintain contract documentation.
