Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in contract management or quantity surveying; entry level welcome.
• Good understanding of contracts, cost estimation, and project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with consultants, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficient with MS Office, estimating software, and project management applications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects.
• Evaluate and compare contractor quotations and tenders.
• Monitor project costs and variations through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and manage project risks related to cost and procurement.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project financials.
