• Lead the annual salary review and bonus process.
• Analyze benefits trends and prepare job descriptions for benchmarking.
• Lead manpower budget exercise with Finance.
• Analyse benefits trends for competitive proposals.
• Draft and recommend revisions to leave policies.
• Prepare job descriptions and salary benchmarking.
• Participate in salary and labour market surveys.
• Deploy communication strategies and metrics.
• Conduct research on emerging compensation trends.
• Prepare ad-hoc data requests as required.
