• Collaborate across teams to drive sales strategy and delivery
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executives
• Own the customer experience and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Understand customer needs and articulate the business value of SoftwareOne offerings
• Forecast and track defined account metrics and KPIs
