Job summary

VML in Singapore is seeking an experienced account management professional to support daily client servicing across multiple brands. You will establish relationships with clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help translate client needs into clear project briefs.

This role embraces a hybrid office model with four days on-site weekly. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in client service, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client-contact experience in a creative agency, communications, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day client relationships across accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams to scope work and ensure timely delivery.
• Review deliverables and advise on client or revenue issues.
• Support account teams to translate client needs into business requirements.
• Assist in building ongoing client thinking and strategy to improve efficiency.
