Job summary

Vero Marketing is seeking an Account Executive to join the client services team in Singapore. You will support multiple accounts, assist in executing strategic communications plans, and collaborate with regional experts to guide brands through today’s complex communications landscape.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in an agency environment or relevant internship experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Structured, detail-oriented, responsible and independent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and track account activities and deadlines.
• Assist in preparing plans, reports and proposals with clear and insightful delivery.
• Support in scheduling, file organization and project documentation.
• Research industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategies.
• Analyse media coverage and social metrics to guide campaigns.
• Support development of PR strategies, media lists and outreach.
• Develop social media content plans and community management for clients.
• Identify and manage influencer lists and outreach for campaigns.
