Job summary

VML Singapore is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow external client relationships across medium to large accounts. You will work cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to translate client needs into actionable programs, drive revenue opportunities, and ensure top-quality work.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing/communications, strong presentation skills, and comfort with analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing/communications capacity with local and international clients.
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in Google Analytics.
• Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
• Ability to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the hospitality industry and/or programmatic/media agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Business Leads to translate client vision into business requirements and coordinate with strategy, creative and project teams.
• Identify and qualify new revenue opportunities within assigned client accounts.
• Proactively engage clients to drive revenue and client value.
• Establish day-to-day relationships with internal teams to grow the business.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope and ensure service quality.
• Develop and deliver client-facing proposals and presentations for new initiatives.
• Ensure executional excellence within timeline and manage invoicing per contract terms.
• Apply digital trend expertise to develop innovative client solutions.
• Be a role model balancing account needs with prudent resource management.
