Job summary

HCL TechBee is seeking an experienced Change Manager to govern and coordinate production changes in line with Change Management policies, ITIL best practices, and SLAs. You will oversee planning, approvals, communication, risk management, and implementation while minimizing operational impact and ensuring compliance.

In this role, you will lead CAB meetings, coordinate enterprise change activities, perform risk assessments, and ensure audit-ready documentation in highly regulated environments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Change Management in large-scale environments.
• Proven experience leading CAB governance and change risk management.
• Experience in banking/financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ServiceNow, CMDB, and change governance.
• Experience coordinating enterprise production changes and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering; ITIL certifications mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production change governance and approvals.
• Coordinate change planning, scheduling, implementation, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and ensure timely approvals.
• Perform risk and impact assessments for planned and emergency changes.
• Ensure compliance with vulnerability remediation and change restriction processes.
• Maintain change records, governance documentation, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Configuration Management teams to maintain CMDB accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes and metrics.
