Job summary

Hcl Comnet is seeking an experienced Change Manager to govern production changes in line with ITIL policies and defined SLAs. You will ensure smooth planning, approvals, and communications while minimizing operational impact and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities include CAB facilitation, risk assessment, and coordination with CMDB and stakeholders to improve Change Management processes. A senior, regulated environment background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Change Management in large-scale environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production change governance and approvals.
• Coordinate change planning, scheduling, implementation, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and ensure timely approvals.
• Perform risk and impact assessments for planned and emergency changes.
• Ensure compliance with vulnerability remediation and change restriction processes.
• Maintain change records, governance documentation, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with CMDB to maintain accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes and metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on Change Management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading CAB governance, change risk management, and production change coordination.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow, CMDB, and production change governance.
• Experience coordinating enterprise production changes and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
• ITIL Intermediate/Managing Professional certification will be an advantage.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred.
