Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree.
• 8–10 years IT experience with 3–5 years in operations management including change, incidents and problem management.
• Familiar with ITIL processes or ITSM frameworks.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management, written and verbal communication; documentation skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Advisory Board meetings and approve change requests for deployment.
• Implement and maintain ITIL standards for change management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks and unintended consequences of changes.
• Provide recommendations to reduce risk and business impact of changes.
• Follow-up on CAB action items and communicate downtime and completion to stakeholders.
• Maintain change control portal, templates, SOPs and related information.
• Improve process efficiency and streamline change management activities.
• Provide regular SLA/performance reports for ITSM processes.
• Prepare progress reports for initiatives and present when required.
