Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Service Management and Change Management professional to drive production change governance. You will ensure changes are properly assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented with minimal risk and business disruption.

You will collaborate with project managers, production support, security specialists, and other stakeholders to maintain ITIL-based processes, CAB oversight, and SLA reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of IT industry experience, with 3-5 years in operations management covering Change/Incident/Problem Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM or Service Delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on with Change Management and CAB processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and writing skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills with documentation discipline.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive CAB meetings and manage review/approval of production change requests.
• Assess change requests for risk, impact, dependencies and unintended consequences.
• Provide recommendations to reduce deployment risks and minimise business impact.
• Implement and maintain ITIL-aligned Change Management processes and standards.
• Follow up and track outstanding actions arising from CAB meetings.
• Coordinate and communicate planned downtime, production changes, and completion to stakeholders.
• Maintain the change control portal, documentation, templates, SOPs, and related information.
• Identify opportunities to improve Change Management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on SLA performance and ITSM process metrics.
• Prepare progress reports for initiatives and present updates when required.
• Collaborate with project, production support, security, and other technical teams for effective governance.
