Job summary

Hi5 Consult is seeking an experienced Change Management professional in Singapore to oversee the full lifecycle of change processes, ensuring ITIL compliance and alignment with organisational policies. You will coordinate reviews, approvals, and risk assessments to maintain stable service delivery.

You will lead CAB and Emergency CAB meetings, perform impact analyses, and develop risk mitigation plans to reduce post-change incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Change Management lifecycle in line with ITIL and policies.
• Review and approve or reject changes within defined SLA using quality and risk assessments.
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop risk mitigation plans to lower post-change incidents.
• Develop, implement, and update Change Management policies and standards; drive quarterly service improvements.
• Deliver monthly Change Management trend analyses with actionable insights.
