Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Change Management professional to lead CAB meetings, implement ITIL-aligned Change Management, and coordinate risk assessments across multiple teams for deployment changes.

You will drive communications to stakeholders, maintain the change control portal, and advise on risk mitigation to minimize business impact while ensuring compliant, timely changes in a fast-paced Singapore IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree.
• 8-10 years IT experience with 3-5 years in system operations management including change, incidents and problem management.
• Familiarity with ITIL process, IT Service Management methodologies or Service Delivery framework.
• Ability to establish relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
• Ability to work under a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Displays a strong sense of time management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• With a focus on Change Management, drive Change Advisory Board meetings and manage approval of all change requests for deployment
• Implement and maintain ITIL standard for change management
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams across disparate groups to assess change requests for risks and unintended consequences
• Make recommendations to reduce risk, increase chance of likely success, and minimize business impact of change requests
• Follow-up on action items from CAB
• Send change downtime and completion broadcast communication to all stakeholders
• Maintain and update change control portal
