APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Change Manager to govern Change Management aligned with ITSM policies across the IT landscape. You will lead CAB reviews, ensure risk assessments, approvals, and closure, and drive continual process improvements.

You will mentor technical teams, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with Network, Security, Incident, Problem, Release, and Application teams while ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Work hours from 12:00 to 21:00 Singapore time.

Competenze

• 8+ years of IT experience in IT operations, production/support, or ITSM.
• Hands-on with Change, Release, Incident or Problem Management.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices (Change Enablement, Incident, Problem, CMDB, CSI).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management.

Mansioni

• Manage and improve Change Management processes in line with Group ITSM policies and standards.
• Ensure proper change registration, risk assessment, approvals, implementation controls, and closure.
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance and improve change review procedures.
• Monitor high-risk, emergency, and business-critical changes to ensure appropriate controls are followed.
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and non-compliance, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain process documentation, governance procedures, checklists, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor KPIs, including change success rates, failed changes, emergency changes, unauthorized changes, and post-implementation reviews.
• Prepare management reports and support audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, workflow automation, reporting enhancements, and ITSM tool improvements.
• Provide training, coaching, and process guidance to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
