Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking a Programme Manager for Continuing Education & Training (CET) to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality CET programmes in collaboration with internal schools, industry partners, and clients.

You will drive programme management and operational excellence, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure accurate funding administration and compliance across short courses and customised programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong client-centric mindset and ability to manage multiple programmes and clients concurrently and independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and working with external partners or vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities in administration and funding matters (e.g. SkillsFuture funding schemes).
• Proficient in MS Office; experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and internal academic schools and departments.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end administration of short courses and customised programmes.
• Liaise with sponsoring companies, funding agencies, trainers, programme partners, and participants.
• Respond to enquiries with a strong client-centric approach.
• Update website and communications to ensure accuracy of programme information.
