Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is seeking a strategic policy professional to join the Training Planning and Programmes Development Division. You will help formulate CET strategies, develop operational policies, and manage programmes with impact on the CET ecosystem.

You will coordinate with internal divisions and external agencies, analyse programme outcomes, prepare papers for senior management, and contribute to shaping Singapore’s workforce for the future.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in operational policy planning and review work.
Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with strategic foresight.
Ability to distil key issues from complex information and synthesise inputs.
Adaptable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Effective written and verbal communication of complex ideas.
Data-driven decision making and reporting.
Collaborative with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Formulate, plan, and review CET strategies, policies, and programmes with stakeholders.
Coordinate engagement sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Track progress and outcomes, including data collection, reporting, and budgeting.
Propose and implement data analysis and evaluation approaches to measure outcomes.
Undertake other duties to support the division's strategic objectives.
