Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an administrator to formulate, review and implement CET policies and schemes. You will manage CET course administration, liaise with MOE/SSG for reporting and funding, and collaborate with ITE Colleges on intake planning, contracts and trainer payments.

You will oversee the website and application system, prepare proposals, and communicate with trainers and students. Team collaboration is essential for CET initiatives.

Qualifications

• You should have relevant experience and interest in handling administrative matters.
• You should possess strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
• You should be an independent worker with strong analytical and data processing skills.
• You should have effective writing and presentation skills and the ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines; experience in social media marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer CET courses and plan, implement and review policies and processes.
• liaise with MOE and SSG on reporting and funding matters; coordinate with ITE Colleges on intake planning.
• Contract and pay trainers; evaluate courses; manage publicity, procurement, and audits.
• Oversee the CET website and intake application system; write and present proposals.
• Correspond with trainers, students, and stakeholders; work in teams on CET initiatives and projects.
