• Formulate, plan, and review policies and programmes with stakeholders.
• Conceptualise and implement strategies for policy execution and address challenges.
• Coordinate engagement sessions with internal divisions and external partners.
• Track progress, analyse data for reporting, and oversee budgets and system enhancements.
• Undertake additional duties to support strategic objectives.
