Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, document, and manage requirements for large-scale IT systems in a government-focused environment. You will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with governance and audit standards.

You will lead workshops, create BRDs/FRDs, and support SIT/UAT, with strong stakeholder management and agile delivery practices across vendor ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large-scale IT deliveries and complex system integrations.
• Proven ability to work with multi-vendor environments and system integrators.
• Hands-on in SIT/UAT, production rollout, and 24/7 systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with business users, government stakeholders, and vendors to gather and document requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, data mappings, and interface specifications.
• Act as liaison between business users, technical teams, and project management to resolve conflicts.
• Validate solution designs and support SIT/UAT, defect triaging, and releases.
• Establish requirement baselines and govern changes per SDLC and audits.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement to ensure readiness.
• Identify risks, coordinate resolutions, and improve agile delivery processes.

Education

CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PSM

SAFe or other Agile-related certifications
