Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT delivery in Singapore. You will gather and document requirements, maintain BRDs/FRDs, and coordinate with business users, data teams, and project management to ensure alignment and delivery success.

You will support SIT/UAT, manage governance and risk, and help drive improvements to Agile practices and release readiness in a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5–8 years IT delivery experience, including at least 3 years as Business Analyst in large-scale IT systems.
• Minimum 2 years of Agile/Scrum experience, with knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Experience managing complex system integrations and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong analytical, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, production rollout, and mission-critical or 24/7 systems; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

Job description

• Conduct workshops with business users, government stakeholders, and vendors to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, data mappings, interface specifications, and requirements traceability.
• Act as the key liaison between business users, technical teams, system integrators, architects, and project management to resolve conflicts and ensure shared understanding.
• Work with architects and development teams to validate solution designs against approved requirements and support SIT/UAT, defect triaging, and release readiness.
• Establish requirement baselines, manage changes through formal governance processes, and ensure compliance with Government SDLC, audit, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint readiness activities.
• Identify impediments and delivery risks, coordinate their resolution, support integration and release milestones, and recommend improvements to Agile and project delivery processes.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of overall IT delivery experience, including at least 3 years of Business Analyst experience in large-scale IT systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong knowledge of Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall/Hybrid.
• Proven experience managing complex system integrations, multi-vendor environments, and working closely with system integrators.
• Strong analytical, requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage demanding stakeholders professionally.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, production rollout, and mission-critical or 24/7 systems, with hands-on experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and delivery pressure, operate within structured governance and audit-heavy environments, and support after-hours/weekend activities when required.

Certifications (Advantage)

• CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certifications.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PSM.
• SAFe or other Agile-related certifications are advantageous.
