Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business analysis in complex IT projects.
• Strong grasp of both Agile and Waterfall/Hybrid SDLC.
• Experience in government/public sector IT projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, management, and traceability from business needs to implementation.
• Manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and ensure business alignment before development.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors for feasibility and delivery.
• Support SIT/UAT, validation, and cutover documentation in governance-heavy environments.
• Maintain structured requirement baselines and audit-ready documentation.
