Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyse business and functional requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops and document business processes. You will develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications, and define workflows and system requirements for successful delivery.

You will work closely with developers, testers and business users across the project lifecycle, supporting SIT, UAT, defect analysis and implementation,

Qualifications

• 4-8 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, system integration and application workflows.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Government/enterprise application experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document business processes.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Define workflows, business rules, forms and system requirements.
• Work closely with developers, testers and business users throughout delivery.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and implementation.
