Job summary

ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements elicitation for government IT projects in Singapore.

You will translate business needs into detailed requirements and artifacts, ensuring traceability and governance across complex stakeholder groups. In addition, you will support Scrum ceremonies, backlog readiness, and delivery alignment with architects and integration teams, ensuring SIT/UAT readiness and production rollout

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirement elicitation and management across stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to document BRD/FRD, user stories, and data mappings.
• Proven track record in governance, change control, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with government officers, vendors, and business users.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and interface specs.
• Ensure traceability from needs to testing and implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, and integration teams for feasibility.
