Job summary

Slab Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented marketing and business development professional in Singapore. You will collaborate with fee earners to drive strategic initiatives, develop proposals, and manage the firm's market presence.

You will support rankings, awards submissions, biographies, and client-facing collateral, while maintaining accurate databases and materials. The role includes website updates and involvement in strategic, firm-wide projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level qualification in business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience drafting proposals, biographies and client-facing collateral.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools.

Responsibilities

Proposal and Pitch Development: partner with fee earners to create compelling proposals and pitches.
Directory and Award Submissions: support rankings, awards, surveys and league tables.
Content Management: draft/edit practice descriptions, lawyer bios, brochures and client presentations.
Infrastructure Maintenance: manage experience databases, matter lists, contact lists and opportunity tracking.
Website Updates: refresh practice/industry information and coordinate external reposts.
Special Projects: contribute to ad-hoc department initiatives.
