SF ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to grow the business by building new client relationships and identifying project opportunities in the commercial interior and building materials sector.

The role entails networking, presenting solutions, managing project pipelines, and coordinating with sales, operations and management to close deals and hit targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• Experience in business development, sales, account management or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with commercial interiors, flooring, building materials or related industries is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude may be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to develop relationships from the ground up.
• Comfortable presenting to architects, designers, contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Actively prospect for new projects, leads and accounts through networking, research, referrals and events.
• Present and promote the company's products, solutions and capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage projects from specification through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide status updates on opportunities and expected sales.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events and customer meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and management to ensure responsive support.
• Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.
