Job summary

Lumiere Consulting in Singapore is looking for a managerial leader to drive regional Marketing & Business Development in the Singapore office. The role emphasizes planning, executing, and optimizing BD and marketing initiatives aligned with practice goals.

You will partner with practice leadership to set annual plans, budgets and campaign plans, lead client development and events, and manage bids and ROI. Strong communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business development/marketing, ideally within a legal or professional services partnership environment.
• Prior experience in Disputes would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident, commercial and persuasive, with sound judgement and initiative.
• Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrable experience managing and writing bids.

About the Role
