Job summary

SOG DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to elevate the firm’s regional presence across architecture, interior design, real estate, and related sectors.

This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will lead marketing campaigns, BD events, branding initiatives, and industry submissions, while ensuring consistent brand representation and cross‑functional collaboration across HR, Operations, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Communications.
• Experience within architecture, interior design, real estate, property development, engineering, design consultancy, or other professional-services environments preferred.
• Proven track record in planning and executing marketing and BD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media, newsletters, and EDMs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
• Prepare and coordinate pitch materials, RFPs, credentials, and other BD collaterals with partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute BD events, seminars, conferences, and client engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities for industry participation, sponsorships, and networking events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support BD strategies.
• Manage the full cycle of marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and logistics.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly or quarterly marketing reports for management.
