Job summary

Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP in Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Business Development coordinator to support client RFPs, pitches, and firm materials. You will help draft brochures, bios, and presentations, maintain the experience and credential database, and assist with client events and webinars.

The role requires strong English communication, a bachelor's degree, and 2+ years in marketing or BD, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Hybrid work arrangements are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Minimum two years marketing and/or business development experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the preparation of client RFPs, presentations, proposals and pitches.
• Drafts and edits practice and sector materials including brochures, lawyer biographies and client presentations in support of the Firm's business development opportunities.
• Maintains library of materials for pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
• Conducts research on current and prospective clients and industry trends.
• Works with practice leaders to support and coordinate business development initiatives, e.g., client events and meetings.
• Assists with events and webinars - internal and external
• Managing the Firm's CRM database
• Works on special projects as requested by department management and lawyers.
