Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the sales and promotion of the company’s product portfolio in the assigned territory. You will lead planning, execution and customer engagement to achieve budgets and profits.

The role requires 4-5 years of experience in industrial sales, strong CRM and communication skills, and the ability to manage a team and key accounts while optimizing stock and cash flow. This is an on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 3-4 years’ industrial sales experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Renewable Energy / Solar PV sales is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• CRM experience and solid commercial acumen are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, manage and control sales and promotion of the company’s product portfolio in the assigned sales area.
• To transfer knowledge on customer approach and sales techniques to the sales staff in your team.
• Provide commercial and technical support to all members in the sales team whenever required.
• Monitor and review sales performance and implement SEP to improve outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers and manage collections.
• Lead regional projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
